And the final theme closer to my heart than stomach is art, architecture and music in the Catholic Church.  What I'm finding is lots of variety around a pretty fixed liturgy and lots of amazing art.
The best music so far was St William Church on St Simon Island with a good choir and music selections.  There is music outside of OCP.  The snare drums with organ and piano we're pretty cool at St Ceceli's in Ft Myers.  I think I hit the early "quiet"Mass at the Church of the Resurection though their Gloria was really fun to sing.  I'll just show pictures of the architecture below.
